Melinda Wallingford Meshad, LCSW has over twenty years working with individuals and families. Prior to her social work and clinical experience, she worked as a teacher for adolescents. Throughout her career, she has focused on family issues including blended family concerns, parenting, adolescent struggles, as well as areas of abuse and violence. She has specialized training in mediation and coaching.
Melinda holds that families and individuals can be empowered to find their own solutions, and that agreements that arise from separation and divorce are best formulated with a coach that has the well-being of the family as the foremost priority and that can be available throughout and after the divorce is finalized.
